So my guess if it is rebranding to another restaurant. It would be one of the many options from this list

Would love to see a Mike's here, I've always enjoyed that place in Montreal

Drove by there this morning and they now have the Pizza Delight signage removed from the building and a large dumpster put out front.

The same owners of Pizza Delight, also own the West Side Charlies Next Door . The West Side is now being moved into the closed Pizza Delight space, and the smaller West Side will then be shut down once the new space is completed. Pizza Delight will remain Shut Down.

The old nautical nellies location on Water St. is currently being renovated for a tacos and tequila place. Think it is called cajones, could be wrong on that. Anyways, there is signage up in the windows.

Cojones - Spanish slang for "testicles". Classy.

I've never heard of Poko Loko - where are they?

I never went to Soul Azteka when it was a restaurant (I heard it closed? Is that correct?) but I had tacos at the famer's market recently, and I was very disappointed. No flavour on the meat whatsoever and the shells were dry and tasted like cardboard. I was very disappointed. I hope that was a one off and they're actually good, but I won't be trying them again anytime soon.

Poko Loko food truck is owned by Soul Azteka.

Not quite sure what is happening with their restaurant, if it is even reopening. Maybe they are just going to stick to operating at the farmers market and the food truck.

Hopefully that is just a one-off bad experience you had. Everything has been delicious when I've had it.

In what should come to no surprise to anyone Milestones is closing yet again. They never did any marketing when they reopened and the restaurant was never busy. However they are blaming the closure on Costco moving. The building is right in between 2 large office buildings so you'd think something would work there.

Not surprised either. Their original intent was to build off the crowds that would be going to the ill-fated Empire movie plex which got cancelled when it was sold to Cineplex. I think it would have been better if they had rebranded Milestones after it closed the first time to a Keg restaurant. People here seem to love that.

Such a shame that Milestones is closing again. It's a wonderful restaurant and I truly believe it would have did better in another location. The original owner had said that they never would have built it there if they knew the Empire Theatre project would have fallen through.

Exactly. Harveys and Milestones opened there because of the theatre that was ultimately cancelled. Harveys has benefitted from the offices around but Milestones wasn't the type of restaurant that would benefit beyond Happy Hour.
