I always found it a little funny that they labeled the seating area over the water tunnel "Green Cushions" on those pictures. What if, by the time they get around to putting the cushions in, they decide they like red better? People will be confused!

I will say that this set up and the hotel amenities are the features that make me lean toward Capital Pointe over Gardens on Rose and Centre Square Place. (Well that and location.) But then I like GoR's rooftop as well and CSP's huge windows and what I'm sure will be wonderful ground floor tenants. It will be a couple of years before I am able buy anything, though, so we'll see what's actually built by then!

It will be nice in a few years to actually have those kinds of choices about where to live as opposed to deciding I want to live downtown and having a couple of converted offices to choose from...

I do wish they had a place for news releases and updates on their website!

Hi Everyone. Been following and thought it would be fun to add my 2 cents occasionally. For my first attempt at posting, I just wanted to quickly compliment the great pun from Treesplease about "the bank". Good one!

If it was intentional, I give it a solid golf clap. I didn't even notice it until you mentioned it.

Nice, well-attended reception at Tower 2 lobby tonight by the Capital Pointe group. I encourage everyone to check out their new sales office in Tower I (former Harden &Hughes). They debuted their new radio ad/song tonight as well. The push is on to get this going.

On the news (can't remember if it was Global or CTV) they said the developers are hoping for excavation to begin in June or July (again... can't remember which they mentioned)... but they definitely didn't say April.

Well, the ice sculpture is a start. Would this qualify as "under construction"?

I heard the same news item and they definitely said June. How does a date, which you would think had been discussed at some length by the principles changes that dramatically in a matter of days. I hope this thing goes but my gut tells me that this thing smells like month old sushi and you can take that to the Bank (couldn't resist the bad pun).
