Different outlets are reporting different floor counts. I've seen 101 (thread), 96, 95, 93. Is 101 official and is this the count below Wacker?

Love the double spire idea. Very Chicago.

I hate the double spire idea, but somehow I love it in this image. I think its the placement on the western corners, continuing the setback pattern. Very cool idea, but if I could change one thing, they would be antennae. That would be more Chicago

It definitely does look comforting and familiar (Sears, JHC, etc), but I think the current design looks cleaner and focuses the eye better on the alternating concave and convex character of the tower body.

That said, awesome pic lol

Thanks! I've lurked around here since the days of trump tower's construction. But I'm moving to the South Loop in a few weeks so I figured it's time, haha.

idk. Chicago has a few double spire towers, so to me it feels forced like it's trying to fit in at the last minute or something. Do all our buildings have to match?

Great updates as always Harry.

Does anyone have an idea of current height? I can't wait until the western section starts to rise above the last setback.

That is an 800m mic drop.

Edited: changed feet to meters. Duh.
