New York Rendering Help Needed

I was recently fortunate enough to purchase this framed architectural rendering, by the late Carlos Diniz, at a local auction house in Southern California. However I know very little about it and hoped that somebody might be kind enough to help me identify the subject matter and provide me with some background information about it and if any other project renderings were produced. If the image isn't showing it can be viewed at flickr http://www.flickr.com/photos/67019940@N03/?saved=1 The rendering is roughly 7 foot by 4 foot and appears to be a screen print on high quality paper, although I have not removed it from the frame to examine it closely yet.
Thank you and best wishes, Steven.
