A Medical office building, not the hospital itself will break ground in the next 3 months and be completed in a year; the hospital will done in 24 months.
The professional office building will be done by mid to late 2010.
I also see the diamond formation and access roads near the intersection of 37 and military.
The "front" of the professional office building will be facing the northwest.
