Actually, this is up to date information. The article you’re thinking of gave a start date of April 2018.

Meh! Nothing we didn't already know. The projects that are hanging by a thread are hopefully awaiting a resurrection.

And God knows I liked the previous designs on the Joske's tower, so if that one is in limbo, hopefully it's because cooler heads will prevail.
