GUADALAJARA | CIMA TOWERS - TOWER T - ALPHA & BETA | 14 fl.x2 - 27 fl- 16 - 18 x 2

I'm making only one thread for these towers beacause they dont get a regular update in local threads. All these towers are in different areas of Guadalajara, except for Cima towers.

CIMA TOWERS:

3 TOWERS, 1 14 floors and 1 27 floors (both already built), and 1 14 floors just topped out. and there is another tower, supposed to be 27 floors, but since the last one changed to 14, we still dont know the final height for the last tower due to come.

I will put some finished towers, just because are the same complex.

This is another project almost finished, after some years of a very very slow construction.. the same developers have a couple of projects, but on hold, incluiding 45 stories twin towers.

i want to show this, becuase is a nice tower, with a nice final result on details. not very good photos, but to have an idea.

Hotel Lorca and apartments. hotel (4 floors) apartments (14 floors)
it is located on a very tradicional zone of guadalajara, called, Colonia Americana, where almost all houses on this zone, are from the French style. There is another house on the right side of the building, wich is from the famous mexican architect Luis Barragán.

by hugoguanatos

this is a very old house, now offices of the developers of the building ARCCO

those stairs seem to be a connection from the hotel to the developers offices

the hotel boutique

you are welcome, is an effort to make people notice what is happening in Guadalajara, that as you said, is a very special city.

some towers in this thread are in this pano...
by enrique-gdl...
taken by a very far distance...
as you see, some of the new construction areas are in a deep zone of the city, like the new Puerta de Hierro area, where the Altitude tower (the tallest white tower, 44 floors and in this picture looks like if it where 27) and the Country Club area, where Punto Sao Paolo is, the HSBC headquarters for the zone, to the far right of the pic...
