The lights have been turned on the past couple night, they're lit up blue for health care workers.

Zero evidence of new construction in that skyline shot. Is DT Calgary finished for now?

exterior construction is nearly done, there is still a couple roof panels to install on the top floor. So basically done from the outside view. All the new buildings from the boom times are now built, and will likely be the last new office buildings we will see for decades.

There is still a pretty substantial amount of highrise construction in the downtown, just not in the commercial core (pictured in the photo). Most of it is taking place in the East Village and Beltline areas.
