Yes. Prices in Moscow are very high, because of demand is significantly higher than offer.

If that tower gets built it will be the most impressive in the world in my opinion- more thab te burj dubai. Each EU capital should have its own monster like that.

Impressive architecture. It is a Mercedes-Benz Star seeing from the top, a Quartzo building. Wonderful. I hope to visit some day... Is there a diagram already made?

taken by me

geology research seems finished. new developer's town was installed. previous was demolished. this is not big. possibly they will occupy a street near. developer's town is peopled. lights are visible on the shot.

The building is probably will be built by top-down method, when the upper foundation slab is pouring directly on the ground. Then, underground and onground parts are building simultaneously.

Structure works on the project will begin on 12 June (Russia Day). The tower is going to be 125-130 storeys 612 meters tall, according to Lenta newspaper, which is refer to Chigirinsky words.

I didn't think I was going to have to chime in but I am confused on the height. Emporis says it is going to be 600 meters, here it is 612. Which is it? I am guessing hte 612 is written in stone an I right?
