These guys are eating the Laurel's LUNCH. At this rate, Arthaus will have 10 stories above grade before the Laurel gets a crane up.

It really takes a drive or a walk down Broad to appreciate how much this building will lend itself to stretching Center City further south. Hopefully the project two doors down can also get started soon (along with the Washington Square Tower).

Totally, a 528ft tall that far south from the main core of skyscrapers. I still havent seen skyline renderings from the east or west that really show off how this extends the skyline.

I think it will clearly have a bit impact on skyline views from East and West. I think it will nicely fill in the "gap" between PSFS and City Hall when viewed from North and South as well.

Here's an old rendering looking East from when it was still SLS so it's probably a little shorter than this but you get the idea:

Goldenberg will also be doing a highrise a bit further south on Broad. Not sure how tall or how many stories, yet.

I don't want to say too much as I think this project should happen and don't want to tip any opposition off early, but I think they'll announce soon. Condos. I haven't seen renders, but I've heard good things from people in the industry who have.

That makes sense. But, you do seem to be saying the project is not by-right. Is that a correct assumption on my part?
