Does anyone know how sales are going? I'm curious because if I had to relocate, this would definitely be my first pick.

Thanks for posting the photo updates GThomas. It is nice to see this building from street level. The street presence of this building is going to be a nice addition to Midtown.

Swimming Pool was poured Thursday

While it feels like the pace of construction has slowed at 1010 for the past two weeks, it is only because the formwork for the swimming pool/recreation deck is more complex than the parking decks below. But the pool was poured Thursday, and the remainder of the top floor above the parking pedestal should be finished soon. After that, the smaller curved tower should begin to rise quickly. I think this is going to be a very special building.

This one should be shooting up soon... Noticed they've almost completed the swimming pool.

Interesting new feature

Take a look at the 1010 webcam. Any idea what that geometric cement feature is on top of the 11th Street edge of the building?

Their down to dirt across the street where the buildings were but there's a bunch of surface lot pavement to tear up still. So exciting

New Phase Begins?

I was looking at the webcam this morning and there appears to be some activity where the hotel tower will go... it looks like boring equipment but its hard to tell from so far away. Can anyone confirm?

You're right about the boring equipment, I drove past the site today. There are also trucks on the site which have pieces of the facade for 1010 on them there.

This building is really going to change the drive down peachtree. Pix taken on 9/1:

And a blurry pic of 1075 digging with 1010 in the background:

Hey JDelver...I've been checking out the new pics you posted in a bunch of threads...take this as a generic "Excellent! Thanks!" and "Great!" for all of 'em!
