Minto Midtown is a major planning, urban design and intensification project approved for in excess of 900,000 square feet of residential and commercial development located adjacent to the intersection of Yonge Street and Eglinton Avenue, a significant rapid transit node near the centre of the new City of Toronto. I live a few blocks from that building. I almost forgot that it was getting built before you mentioned it. Pretty cool building

When I was in town in July this building really stood out, its come up quite quickly.

Minto has built some of the tallest and nicest buildings in Ottawa too...mainly the Metropole that is near Scott Street and Island Park Drive...

It's cool to see some taller buildings creating some infill in the northern portion of the central city going towards the 401...I'm guessing that this building, and it's future twin will be easily visable from portions of the 401 or 407?
