All of the developer units at Brickell Heights have now been sold.

Related Group president Carlos Rosso told The Next Miami that the last unit was sold last week. Closings will start soon, he said.

The project includes 690 condominium units in two towers.

Closings are set to begin at the twin-tower Brickell Heights within two weeks.

Related Group president Carlos Rosso told The Next Miami that a TCO issuance and closings are now expected on June 7.

Earlier this year, the developer announced that all 690 units at Brickell Heights were sold out.

Construction for the project began almost exactly three years ago, in June 2014.

Brickell Heights is now complete, with the first condo owners now getting the keys to their units.

The sold-out twin-tower project has begun closings of the 690 condominium units today, according to Related Group President Carlos Rosso.

A “great pedestrian sidewalk” has been created in front of Brickell Heights, Rosso told The Next Miami.

At sidewalk level, there is 20,000 square feet of retail space. In addition, there are entrances to two residential lobbies, an office condo lobby, and entrances to Equinox and Soul Cycle.
