There are stairs going down to the river, but no dock ... apperently, there was a permanant dock many years ago, but they replaced that with a floating dock ... but even the floating dock hasn't been used in the last 4 years

There's only one house on the street that's been for sale on the river side for the longest time. If you bought the property I think you did, it's a great looking home. Probably a little too expensive for Elmwood and so it sat on the market for a half year without generating much interest.
As to how I made my guess..
Well it's a small street, with only a half dozen homes along the river, so it's easy to make an educated guess as to which house you bought.
Don't worry, it's not like i'm going to watch through your windows and jerk off.
