Manitoba is much simplier..

Manitoban ... pernounced Man- i - toe - ban

and people from Winnipeg are Winnipegers or just Peggers.

You're absolutely right. Everytime I have been to Manitoba (mostly Winnipeg) I sensed a simpleness about the place.
