Unfortunately this article doesn't answer a lot of questions, but I'm hopeful that they won't knock anything down.
How strange. Construction scheduled to begin January 1st, but it hasn't been to the HDRC yet? Doesn't add up. At $36 million, they would have to be incorporating the old building into something newer and taller, unless they're filling the building with gold furniture or Beanie Babies or something.
