PARIS | Tours Hermitage | 309 M - 76 FLOORS | 264 M - 66 FLOORS | NEVER BUILT

Only the biggest tower (Tour A) is 1,014 FT 309m
The second (Tour B) is 866 FT 264m with 66 floors

Even if these towers were not selectioned for being Tour Signal, Hermitage towers could be build.
The construction of these two residencial towers would begin in 2010 for being completed in 2013 - 14

According the Russian investissor, these would be the tallest residencial building in Western Europe.

Housing : 120,000 m²
Hotel : 50,000 m²
Commercial center and theater : 40,000 m²
Office : 30,000 m²
Restaurants...

Even if not every body like the design and its localisation it is one of most ambitious project in la Defense, in Greater Paris and in France

My greastest dream would be have a project like this plus Signature Tower in Nashville. This is one outstanding proposal. I hope Paris realizes this.

What's amazing is that, so far, I haven't heard much opposition to the project.
Is it deemed not serious enough ?

Before the construction begins, the site will have to be cleared. That's not going to be easy.
