I was driving South on Gordon towards the H20 at the weekend, there was a crane on a development somewhere West of Gordon between KLO Rd and the H20, anyone know what this is? I didn't have time to go back and have a look.
First thought was The Shore but when I drove past there later on there was no crane.

I believe it is for the condo complex north of Casorso

Thank you, I must try and get down there again soon for some photos. Didn't realise there was anything going on there.

The new Hampton Hotel out by the Airport. Saw two other cranes today to add to the list, one at UBCO and the other by Loyd Rd - close to the Hyundai garage.

Thanks for the airport update.
I'd be really interested to see everything that going up at UBCO. When I was back last summer, it looked like a bunch of stuff was under construction on the ridge.

That’s amazing that Kelowna has so many high rise projects under construction. It will be interesting to see Kelowna’s skyline in five years from now.

No problem guys. The rumoured Westcorp sales centre location definitely has a lot of work going on inside. Can't see much through the windows but I'll keep an eye on it!

Combined with the work being done at the former BMO site, and this job posting, the Westcorp Downtown Hotel seems almost a certain thing!

I think construction is slated for the end of this year. This is super exciting, and fantastic way to redefine the downtown waterfront.
