Gr333n is deceptively big. I work in Fulton Market and it really makes it's presence known, and coming down the Kennedy, it looks like a beast. In the rendering this one comes off as much smaller for some reason, to me anyway. I can't wait for it's neighbor to be built, from what I remember it's about the same size with some really nice elevated outdoor space. Great time to be west of the Kennedy.

I'm sure that was always the plan. I don't think anyone here thought a media corporation was going to try and undertake something as complicated as a mega-development that even companies as big as Related can struggle with.

A different rig - with plastic pipes or sleeves telescoped in, and then pulled back up. Didn't have time to ask, didn't appear to have the stuff (grout ?) for micro-piles.

Is Renelle all full floor condos? I only ask because I only see one balcony per floor in that picture.

No. Some units are under 2k sf. There are balconies however that are inset on the north and south sides as well.
