That is either SAWS or CPS offices I believe. It's mostly parking except for the top three floors.

I pretty sure SAWS is over by the Alamodome. That is pretty strange how its three floors of office over like 8 floors of parking.

Maybe it's mainly the parking garage for Tower Life? It's connected to it w/ a skybridge. Or is there a garage alredy attached to Tower Life?

Yeah you may be right, I looked at a downtown parking map and it is a public garage.

a lot of those parking levels are filled with their trucks.

you can go up there, though, and the upper parking levels make for nice places to take some pictures.
