It looks like my friend's former landlord sold his building at 65 W Chicago Ave a month ago - the 1 story building at the SE corner of Chicago & Clark next to Assbury Plaza and near One Chicago Square. It's zoned DX-7.

Are there any renderings of the riverwalk? The ones to the west had fancy designs years in advance. Now I haven't seen anything for this section.
