Man, the floors on that thing are hard to count. lol

Do know where this is? Intersection/address? Any details about who is designing it? Any other info?

Did they increase the height on this building? The rendering seems to show 8 floors, but from the photos below that Aiplanes took, it looks like it's 9 or possibly 10 floors tall.
