I don't think the trampoline is a good fit for the strip mall, it isn't complimentary to the other businesses in the strip mall and therefor doesn't drive traffic to them. This isn't to say they aren't doing good for themselves it just makes it a little harder for the other businesses around it.

I may be wrong but it is strange that the CRU on the end can't keep anything in it. It is a relatively new building and there have been 2-3 businesses that have failed there already?
I would have said that Goji's blocks visibility. Yet another restaurant Mai has succeeded next door.

Boston Pizza’s option for Dieppe as an available market is gone, perhaps they found a franchisee?

Perhaps. This was also one of the earliest clues I had for Milestones too. There was a "franchise available" offer on the Cara (Recipes Unlimited) website for Moncton, and suddenly it disappeared. I assumed this meant they found a franchisee, and apparently this was correct. It took a couple of years though for the ground to be broken for the Milestones.

According to Retail Talk & Share, Pizza Delight is planning on reopening in this location on Dieppe Blvd.

Same building as Red Satay. They're looking for a franchisee.

Note Christmas tree on the left side of the 4th floor.

This will be a seven floor building.

The same article in the T&T pointing out that Moncton has $251.6M i development permit activity YTD, also noted that the permit activity in Dieppe YTD is also a record, standing at $96.6M.

Riverview's activity would be notably lower, but factoring in about $20M for Riverview, and knowing there is still a month left in the year, It would seem reasonable to presume that the tricommunity area will be nearing $400 million in construction activity for 2019!!

I wish Riverview would commit to making the switch to city status simply because "tricity" sounds a whole lot better than "tricommunity"

For Pizza Delight there is a sign in the window looking for a franchisee but other than that there has been no movement.

Truthfully I think a restaurant like St. Louis, Mary browns, or st Hubert would do a lot better there.

I recall reading that here, for that location. Alas, it didn't happen.

There are already two St. Louis' in the metro area, including one in Dieppe.
