Est-ce qu'un modérateur pourrait changer le titre pour indiquer le véritable nom du projet et sa hauteur ajoutée ?

Funny how the render makes it seem like you'll be able to see the full tower from bottom to top from Rene Levesque but that isn't actually so so

It's been changed a little again. It's a minor improvement, but I still liked the original render with the black facade the best.

I took a photo Sunday of where I think it might be built, but I don't want to post it in case I'm wrong.

^ You have a fairly good chance of getting it. Union Street is not huge. It's on the same block as Altitude, but at the parking lot on Union where the Blue Bird Café was located until it was intentionally burned in 1972. Personally I would not consider this project just because of the horrible tragedy which killed 37 people.

And a quick look at their website tells you that they've boosted it to 40 floors!!

Units must be selling well if they have increased the height this early in the game.

This ad from today's Gazette shows a little more of the tower without the graphic blocking it.

Awkward design. The more I look at projects in other cities across the world (and in Canada), the more I think Montreal is accepting lower standards than it should.

We were a supposed city of design, well, let's prove it!

I agree. This is my least favourite project downtown. Very mediocre architecture. I would be overjoyed if this went up near downtown (Pointe-Saint-Charles, Saint-Henri, Centre-Sud), not a block away from PVM.
