20 projects?! That's complete bullshit. Most of the time it isn't about projects in Winnipeg because there hardly are any. The Winnipeg section is mainly devoted to discussing ideas on how to make the city better. Rapid Transit will always be an issue so long as public transportation in Winnipeg continues to suck.
