Yet another HQ coming to Atlanta.

It'll be interesting to see what part of town they settle on. Most likely somewhere in the suburbs.

This is awesome - hopefully BMW is next. Another reason why I believe Atlanta should build an automotive museum next. Imagine having Porsche and Mercedes stocking it with all of their rare and premium cars.

BMW's training center is already at Aerotropolis. I wouldn't be surprised if that's where PSA ends up as well.

Don’t think I realized until driving past juniper & 5th being fenced off that the project was the full north/south stretch of the block. It’s going to make a huge difference

Well, it's by far the best thing on Spring for quite a ways (sans the Whole Foods), but still is underwhelming in design given the scope of the project.

lol @ the billboard staying on 14th street. Wtf.

Good finds ATL3K.

edit: one thing I do like it that it'll break up the great mast of Icon when you see the skyline from the west. And it will almost completely shield the hideous parking deck on the Northside medical building!

In the marketing material they remove the billboard and add it as an electronic billboard on the lower portion of the office building. There’s three separate billboards in the pictures 3k provided though lmao. Despite wishing for a little more height, it would make for good infill in the area. I really like the corner units.

Re: 14th & Spring - I am really impressed with the new renderings and I hated it originally. I like how the office and apartment building come together with a courtyard and I especially like the wide sidewalks. Build it!

I agree, X gets the square. Now if we could start getting projects to start moving north, starting with that gas station, that would be great.

Yeah we need to see a lot more development this area, north and southbound. There’s so many parking decks that it’s hard for me to consider it desirable, although this is a step in the right direction. Whole Foods is not enough to convince me this part of spring street is worth living at, yet. The streetscaping with midtown alliance will help put, but the general function of the developments in the surrounding area on spring simply hold it back.
