I think it's a little ways away yet. The consensus seems to be that they will build their project on 16th ave first.

Is this just my imagination or has this Vogue concept been around since about 2006?

I don't remember it being around that long ago. Astoria (10th ave SW) kinda looked like this.

I was working for a developer at the time and it was definitely not Astoria. We were looking at up and coming developments in the core and if I recall correctly this was one of the projects on the slate.

Vogue has been around for a while for sure, will be glad to see this go ahead, mostly because we need more residential in the core. The design is very meh though.

Yikes, plan may have been around since 2006 but it looks like the design has been around since 1986

LaCaille likes that kind of design, all their projects have it I believe. 5 West it their biggest so far.

The saving grace part is that it won't really be visible n the skyline.

I "smell" a new design in the wind for this one. I just hope it remains over 400'.

Does anyone think they'll bump the height up on this one?

6 months ago I would have laughed my ass off at that, but it seems like it's actually happening. I wonder if Lacaille is similar to Qualex where they leverage past customers?
