There is still some type of violation on this property...

The new building permit hasn't been examined in over a year...the full size of the building has yet to be permitted.

I love it, but I want to see 175 Park, 350 Park, and 341 Madison anchored first.

That is a great looking box. Would love to see more close-up detail, but the scaling and composition is very nicely done.

It’s not a box. It has a lot of setbacks.

It's hard to tell, but are the faces of the setbacks on the Hudson side angled, or parallel with the base?

The first one may be angled. I recall seeing a clear image of it in this thread.

This one is a few years further along, so maybe not in the market for the same tenants.

Wow, the tower rendering from the Hudson River is pretty spectacular.

With that lighting scheme, this is gonna be a badass tower. Almost feels appropriate for Rockefeller Center, with the art deco hints.

So is this on hold, or just “resting its eyes”?

eXodius, your drone shots are truly EPIC! Keep it up! (pun intended)

It surprises me we don't see many more drone shots from around the city.
Is it legal to fly drones in urban areas?

Some of us are also wondering about this over on the 270 Park Av thread.

It's not allowed in New York, but you can take a chance if you want to.

yeah drones are illegal. but you know where i see a lot of people fly or i guess maybe practice flying drones? at the north end of roosevelt island. i dk why it seems too windy, but you see them there often. maybe they get away with it because the state runs the place? i dk.
