-2008 Tornado that hit Downtown Atlanta.
-Historic Flooding of September 2009.
Atlanta is relatively safe from natural disasters...the tornado was a huge fluke and extremely unlikely to happen again in any of our lifetimes and flooding can occur almost anywhere.
