It looks good. I can see that they made that extra effort in build quality. I don't think there will be issues regarding sound with this unlike the Westin when they opened. It fits well with its surroundings to the point that if one didn't know otherwise, could be a building that was there all along.

I really like this one, primarily because it's such a good example of the type of CVC infill we should be pursuing/incentivizing.

Boy howdy, in normal times this thing would have unbroken stretches of 100% occupancy. What a great place for a hotel like this.
