Wow, I've admired this building since I was, like, 6 years old when my family drove around on the Côte D'Azur. This one is close to Antibes, right?
Don't know if I admire it that much anymore though, but still - it's a cool memory.

That is pretty bad. 60 Wall Street even has a curve on the mansard roof on one of its sides.

Yes it is close to Antibes and Nice,
But the site is not so beautiful , it's not a sand beach !
In fact it's the Building of my country ( French Riviera ) , maybe another one in Monaco ...

BTW... There's like 3 buildings in Chicago that are strikingly similar... and they all look like SC3K's Royal Manor and/or Kate Foundation...
