I see my reason for not spending time on this site anymore is warranted! It has been invaded by people just looking to argue. . I did look for a bit for the construction update, but instead I just got read alot of babble and opinions, not a lot of substance. Thank you to some of the original contributors I see that still try hard to build a nice community for us nerdy types. Did you know we used to have meet ups? Lol. And to all of the people that were bashing the East village 8 years ago and sticking their nose up to it....yeah you were wrong. It was one of the main reasons why I left the site. It was just one giant suburban vs urban bullshit pile.

Not that I've seen. Maybe they're waiting to see how their other projects turn out first before doing more.
