It's so funny how much you just viscerally hate this project.

If/when it gets off the ground, it will be a constant reminder to you how wrong you were about it.

It’s most likely more sections to raise the existing cranes. I can’t fathom the need or space for another crane. If anything I would say one of the cranes will be removed soon upon completion of the podium.

I’m sick of hearing about Opus as well. As the saying goes..... Either sh*t or get off the pot. Your time is up! No more stories just report when it starts or quit talking about it. No one cares to hear the same garbage and fake updates. They can’t even release a true height rendering as the one everyone keeps posting has already been downsized at least 20 stories. The joke of 2015-2019 keeps on giving!

Until it is dead it ain't dead.

Movement on their permits, inside scoops of them pricing for subcontractors. Advertisements on Atlanta business journals, and Midtown Alliance standing by their decision to list Opus Place again as under construction.

To me Opus is sorta like a penny stock sitting in my portfolio. I don't hate it; in fact, I barely ever even think about it existing.

Dude, I'm surprised you even call it a "project", it has never left the "proposal" stage.
