Anyways, that tower looks cool. 125 floors?

I'm guessing this would be the tallest building in Russia, yes? (not structure)
the tower looks like the giant lovechild of the chicago john hancock and london's shard.

Is that really the official site? Anyways, what a wonderful building. My favorite supertall! Better looking than the Burj, the Spire, Freedom Tower. Just a beautiful building. The Ice skating rink is an awesome idea.

Those loft like condos look like brownies just like grandma used to make. I love that it's not too over exaggerated, yet it catches the eye of people. I completely love this building. I don't know why it doesn't get as much attention as other buildings. How much are those apartments anyways?

This is by far the most amazing tower under construction as of now. It looks as if there's a mall, office space, a hotal and condominuims in one building. A city inside of tower. The design is kick ass too

So clearly they have been doing a ton of stuff on this site. Why isn't this tower in the 'under construction' forum yet?

Because no part of the tower is actually under construction. Just the moving of dirt. It'll be moved once the first stone in the foundation is laid out.

Why is this tower taking so long? It's been a long time since it was announced. Although time usually means quality of work, this tower is taking a while for the skyscraper frenzy going on right now.

1. Yes, it's an official site.
2. When it was announced it was said that diaphragm wall will be completed not early of late 2008 - early 2009.
3. A lot of things on it was done. They have installed piles on almost full perimeter of a future wall.
4. Final technical documentation is not approved yet, as it's not ready. They should have send it for approvement this month.
5. Somewhere from $20000 per sq. m. I think.

Weird. I was expecting something else for a tower this size. It would be a big disappointment if this tower wasn't built. But is it really that expensive? 20,000 in US dollars? Holly shit! Those people who are gonna buy a condo there are gonna be hella lucky!

Better start sellin my self more often if I wanna afford that place.

Two observations from the video:

This loft is sweet.

That penthouse skylight looking up at the 3 tower peaks is straight up bad ass.

Man, I would have so much fun in that condo. Specially cause I'm sort of coo-coo in the head and I would probably make a little tree house structure on those big metal rods. It look like you would be able to slide that huge library. That's cool too.
