As some people on here know, this land was to be used for a 40-floor office tower a couple of years ago by Canderel.

Obviously, this project was never realised, so earlier this year Brivia Group bought the land for $45 million CAD. About a month or two ago, teasers of the project showed up, with the recent one stating "highrise surprise" or in French "Ho! Ho! Haut".

It will be residential and the land is zoned to build up to maximum height, which I believe on this site it's around 198 metres tall. There's a good chance we can see more than one tower or a mix-use tower. Regardless, it should be a big and stunning project.
