Falcon Ridge Village [Bowesville LRT Station TOD] | Proposed

It is so disappointing and frustrating to call this TOD, when the LRT station is clearly geared to serve a parking lot and some woods!.
The heart of the community should be right beside the station, with coffee shops, Convenience store, pharmacy and health, and condos/offices on top of them.
Make it a destination for walking/cycling, not for cars.
Marketplace station in Barrhaven would be a good example if all the shops beside it had condos on top of them. There is no park and ride in this station.

True, but you can't blame this proposal for any of those concerns. This parcel doesn't abut the LRT station lands. Hopefully the strip of trees in between gets well planned at some point.
