This Afternoon --- (The patterns on these windows are like a puzzle...They got one window wrong, must have been a late Friday afternoon or early Monday morning D'oh! moment.)

I have a total love hate with this tower.

Its too busy, its too complicated for no reason.

But its got a nice color scheme and I enjoy its presence.

Any word on interior finishes? Will this be high end (I would think so?)?

Thanks for the pics!

Too bad there's so much spandrel, even up near the top, in Zepfancouver's first shot.

That Vancouver Highrise shot really shows the asymmetry up there.
It looks more tapered from the east and south.

Possible tenant for most of the office building - an educational establishment. Rezoning required to permit 'School Use'.

Great photos, both! Vancouver_Highrise's photo must be from near the top of One Wall Center. I miss living there.

Wow, 9 floors of "school use".
That's quite a bit of space.

Thanks -
Strange that they are encasing that in concrete
(if it's wiring for a light feature, shouldn't it be in a conduit?)

I wish I had taken a high quality close up of that wiring to see what it was for, should have, could have.
