Nice warm breeze and a beautiful sunset this evening.
Watching the game and the scenery. It dont get better then this, maybe a little better if the Canucks can score a couple of goals.

I see more seafoam.

For the office building, it's a pity they are not using the highly reflective tinted glass for the window cladding like the residential tower. Understandable for the podium portion since they need to showcase the future Toyota cars displayed inside, but on the office floors, they should have made the glass darker.

Thanks for the pics!

The concrete grid looks best in the last 2 shots of the s1st set - when the glass is not visible.

Disappointed with the "swoop" elements on the office facade.
They've been implemented with straight diagonal lines rather than curves.

But I checked and even the renderings had them as diagonals.

I agree the value engineering of the office tower is a bit of a dissapointment. And the glass would've looked much better with a dark or silver tint.

Such a slick concept, one of my favorites in Vancouver. Top 5 favorite buildings for me, no doubt.

I've never quoted myself before...I jumped the gun on flying tables.
Today they were working the columns and shear walls on the 49th floor.
Maybe see flying tables for the 50th floor by the end of the week.
