Hamilton Airport Business Park

It looks like David Braley is finally starting to develop the Airport Business Park on Upper James. In fact the footprint is now much larger than just the former golf course. The soil has been stripped and trees removed right to the corner of Dickenson Road and Upper James (sorry no photos). I guess with a new cargo facility being developed at the airport, there's finally an incentive.

This work has been going on pretty steadily for the last 4-5 months or so even on weekend in some cases!

Thanks Urban. I haven't been up that way for a while so it was news to me. I'm surprised there hasn't been a comment about it on this site before. Anyway, it may finally spur development. I drove down Dickinson and once again the numerous property for sale signs are all new.
