These are not up to date. You may remember seeing this one a while ago when someone posted it. The other renderings are the same building just from different angles. That was before Selig presented the 51-story proposal to the DRC.

I'm aware. It's probabaly not up to date. Cbender uses some web scrubber he developed to search the internet for proposals in the city. Occassionally he gets renderings that aren't up to date, but presents them like they are.

I did too, at first glance. Maybe it's best for 1125 to not start until 1105 is complete to minimize Skyscraper Page forum confusion.

Just want to toot my own horn a little. Look at what I predicted a long time ago!

I also was the one who posted the 1125 rendering with a Ritz Carlton logo up top. Plans changed.

I remember the Ritz logo shopped on there. What's the situation now? No Ritz?

I seriously hope that the visualization was comped rather than something they paid for.

A rather high end project for something that had <8 hours of rendering time go into it.

Similar to what we’ve seen occur on memorial drive, Marietta Blvd has so much potential.

Quick question, they have X's on the trees in the Fed park, I assume they aren't tearing them down right?

Can't imagine they're developing the area for anything else, but seems strange.

Always assume marked trees will be cut down. If you don’t want them to, start raising hell.
