The spire looking like one from a cathedral? That's strange since the one on the torch looks like it's all glass. Any pictures of it?
By the way there are rumours about a project on the site in front of the torch that will consist of 3 towers, all over 90 floors. This would majorly suck for anyone who has bought in the torch and marina heights. Apparantly one is an office tower which would add loads of traffic to the area. I think it'd be way better if they built one massive tower between the torch and marinaheights and then maybe some smaller buildings in front, public facilities, etc.
