The observation deck is really well done.

It really is. I've waited so long to get up there, but will just have to wait a little longer. I also like that the decks around town offer a different view/experience.

At $25 billion, is it the most expensive real-estate development? More than 18 million square feet, including 14 acres of public space

Gone are the days where we will see crowds like that in a small space. For the foreseeable future NYC will not be the same.

For like a month or two, yeah. Life will be quasi-normal by September.

I wouldn’t get too overly dramatic. I remeber after 9/11, people thought the days of building sky high skyscrapers were over, but look at us now. Like Cuomo said, there won’t be a switch flicked, and everything returned to normal. We’ll probably still be wearing masks when this deck reopens.

Initially, when it reopens, they can stagger and reduce the amount of people allowed up there at a time, and that goes for all of the decks. And not just in New York, worldwide. But tourism will come back worldwide. Especially when there is a vaccine.

Wow, that's a nice event space. Would love to attend a wedding or some other gathering in that venue.

The whole thing to me is beautifully done, from the event space, the decks, the restaurant and bar. No doubt it will become a destination for tourists and New Yorkers alike.
