Sales & Construction Update:

Phase 1, the beige half of the old hotel and the rear 14-floor addition, is 100% sold out.

Phase 2, the red half of the hotel and the 2-floor addition, is 70% sold out after a month of sales.

Phase 1 & 2 will be complete by the end of the year.

Phase 3, the 36-floor tower, will launch within the next few months and construction will follow by the end of the year.

Phase 4 & 5, the 24 & 21-floor towers, will have their podiums built at the same time as phase 3.

Nice to see that the historic section is almost completely sold out, and hopefully the new sections sell at a reasonably good rate as well.

The next picture is of the mini house (as I like to call it) on the upper penthouse level, beside the addition portion. It’s literally a mini home ontop of the building and it’s super cool. We’re in the midst of revitalizing the exterior (re-roofed a few weeks back, repairs on exterior brick is starting tomorrow). Inside this penthouse, drywall has been in full force for 2 months. It’s a beautiful two storey penthouse with a wrap around walk out terrace.

They started installing the fences today, but due to the snow weather during mid-afternoon they had to leave. They will finish it tomorrow and I will provide more pictures at that time.

June is gearing up to be a busy month for the Connaught.

At the end of June, 94 units will be occupied. That's 77% of Phase 1.

The remaining 23% of the units will occupy until beginning of September.

Retail tenants and such will be announced shortly...

Phase 2 is being drywalled as we speak. Now closer to 85% sold for Phase 2.
