If this is all true then it's pretty much a sure thing because as apartments for rent there's no waiting for enough buyers before construction can launch. On the other hand, it's Gordon Sinclair Jr. reporting this which makes me question it to some degree. I'm not calling his journalistic integrity into question here, I'm just wondering why he's got the scoop on this as opposed to Kives.
