The only person that I think could handle it and move us through the transition would be Frank, and this is only hypothetical as I don't think you could convince him to come back into politics.

Why not start a new country with three distinct states (Eastxit, East-Exit, Exeast?)

Wow... The west wants out, the east wants out too, so now it’s just Ontario and Quebec (plus Newfoundland on its own).

I remember years ago when we had genuine discussions on this topic and it's always, always, always the same talking points.

A unified Maritime province is not happening.

Peter McKay is in the lead in my home. But I think would like to see Danny Williams as leader he would be passionate and great for this going forth.

So basically, a "unification" of the maritime region that would immediately result in the Acadian population mobilizing to separate from it.

Would love to see a country form by the infusion of all North American countries this includes Greenland. All under one currency and no trade barriers of provinces and states

Get the Bahamas in on this and I'll vote for it.
And if you can make that Finnish president our prime minister I'll actually lobby in favour of it LOL!

Might as well finally annex Turks and Caicos while we are at it!

So that would make, NB, NS, PEI, Bahamas and Turks and Caicos all under 1 banner. Add NFLD and you would have yourself a pretty good country.
