Great set, Harry. Really nice.

jC excellent shot. Was wanting to see an update on the progress of that portion of the building. Exciting to see.

Great update Harry. The base is turning out better than I expected. I thought it would look too much like an all glass box on top of a podium because of the sudden change in materials but the variations actually pull off the architect's original intent to create harmony and integrate the building with its surroundings.

Self-bump, but yeah - I didn't notice when I took the picture (I was looking at the tridents it their different states of finish) but those are definitely the panels on the river level. Good catch

Great timing, Harry, with the Windy capture.

I can't recall another project where they dismantled the skip door system from the bottom up. Doesn't make much sense to me to put all those additional trips on the freight elevator, besides of course, being able to turn over the lower floors a bit earlier.

That's probably it. I noticed some of the bottom floors almost look ready for office tenants--light fixtures and everything.

They are putting glass in from the bottom up, but they dismantled the skip from the top down per usual.

Even though this isn't her best angle, her serrated edges are still visible and look great. Her blue glass looks fantastic next to TLO's limestone-- similar to WPE and The Mart.

I looked at 110 N. Wacker yesterday on the skyline view coming into the city on the Stevenson, it makes a great addition from that view. Nice to know this one turned out very impressively.

Are you sure such a sign will be added? Most Bank of America buildings don't have one, not even the headquarters in Charlotte NC as far as I can tell from photos.

I find it a bit interesting and surprising that 110 N Wacker is at best the 6th tallest Bank of America tower in the world (I am counting the Columbia Center in Seattle). Chicago is the nation's #2 skyscraper city, but the bank built significantly taller towers in Atlanta, Seattle, Dallas and Charlotte. All of them were built in the 1980s and 1990s though. Bank of America is now probably less interested in having buildings that stand out, and standing out in Chicago is really hard indeed, so they didn't even try.
