Yea, that is pretty wild, the only slight outlier being a tower in Mississauga.

That glazing is spectacular. Being from Ottawa I have to have a certain level of resentment towards Toronto but man is it feeling 'big city' these days!

CIBC Square and Telus Sky are my two favourite towers to go up in the past decade in Canada.

It may go on hold soon but it’s still active as of right now.

Yea, it's fairly active as far as I can tell....more or less at least. I took these earlier today

I'm aware of the ongoing excavation. I've been informed construction of the tower is not proceeding at this time.

Mybad there. I'm curious now to see how long this'll stay as a hole in the ground.

Distress property sale... approvals in, sales in, planning in, design/engineering completed.

Will not stay dormant for long. Guaranteed

It's not cancelled and deposits haven't been returned. There's hope someone will continue with the current development. Guaranteed is absolute nonsense. It's in receivership! I myself don't know much about building a $500(?) million tower. I know $500 million doesn't grow on trees. If Cresford struggled with their debt and the economics weren't there to continue than why will there be so much demand to take this on?

I just noticed you said distressed property sale. The receiver would be selling the development , 33 Yorkville Residences. 33YR doesn't own the property. The sale with the city of Toronto is not finalised until an underground public park is completed.

I believe Concord picked up the Halo and Clover projects.

It's good Clover is almost finished. Concord wouldn't have used curtain wall or something that looks like curtain wall.

Halo felt like a lost cause to me anyway...the whole plan is a disappointment.

The two I care least about! More importantly what will happen to 33 Yorkville and YSL? Those are the two that will really impact the skyline.
