Lots of new info on the Planning Commision agenda page. There are new close up renderings of the streetscape/atrium that are interesting.

Regina Planning Commission Supports Third "Twin Tower"

"Hill Tower 3" could be approved Monday

Reported By Patrick Book

Hill-Blaisdell expects construction could being "almost immediately" if Council grants approval to the project at their scheduled meeting Monday night. She says it could open to tenants in 2012.

Wow, of the three towers proposed, it looks like this tower will be the first to break ground!
Anyone up for updating this 'future' skyline pic?

If someone has decent south facing views of the towers I would update the skyline photo again... I can't seem to find any myself.

I understand that at the press conference today Mosaic announced 120 new jobs for Regina. They will have a total of 200 in the new tower.

The 4th picture shouldn't really be posted. That was the old design.

It's a beautiful design but is there a future building to reflect the opposite side? It would seem lopsided.

I think they need to start preading out the towers in the downtown area to giv eit a much bigger feel. Seems like majority is within a block of the twins.

Absolutely. They need more towers along Albert St. between City Hall & SGI (in that render).
