I don't dispute that this project will come out at some point. Its just difficult to keep this thread going without new info.

I try to keep in mind that the Calgary forumers had to wait months for the Encana tower designs to break, so we may be waiting for a while.

Until then....

Supposedly the announcement is to occur sometime before Xmas..

I guess that means another 4 or so odd weeks of waiting?

The big difference with this project and the Encana tower is we don't know anything.

We don't know who the developer is or who the driver behind the project is.

In Calgary at least they knew Encana needed space and has purchased a big block of land for there building. We are much more in the dark.

I've been reading these posts for a while and really anticipating the news with a whole lot of excitement, but you guys are killing me - absolutely killing me. Is there such a thing as death by anticipation?

If this project were a joke ... my firm and developer would not have spent 30k+ on the proposal.

Guess we'll have to see what happens?

how about a hint...until the official announcement I think we should make absurd, stupid, whimisical speculations.

I think the old Petro Canada gas bar will re-locate at this location with a drive thru A&W, also Petro Canada will provide a 6 level car park for it's customers, with the possibilty of having residential spaces on the top 2 levels in the future.
