Man! Once they start on the installation of the steel columns they really do it with good pace.

My bet is two storey columns from now to the top. Must be a strength to weight ratio thing that Drew talked about earlier.

I just noticed the service elevator on the west side of the building, when did that go in?

Long ago. It’s only for getting material to the mezzanine floor. It’s pretty useless.

Anyone know what they're working on today? I've seen lots of crane movement from my window but I can't quite tell.

My guess is bringing in windows, there have been a bunch going in and likely a bunch more the next few days. You can see them sitting in their respected floor on the south west facing camera. I didn't actually see anything though.

Not the little white/red one that leads to the mezzanine. The unpainted one from the mezzanine up.

Oh I thought you were referring to the red one at the west corner of Graham

I'm wondering if they have a camera set up in St. Boniface once it gets tall enough.

Big progress lately! Superclimber top sitting over 22 floors tall (21st complete) soon climbing to 23! Steel columns standing up to 19 floors tall!

That service elevator on the west side got a heck of a lot taller. This project is flying now.

Obviously we don't get very many tall buildings here so I find it amazing that we are only half way up on this one. It will look very tall coming north on Main.

Last night at around sunset I was driving back into the city along Fermor and on the bridge over the rail yard just before Lag (which has a great full view of the city) I noticed that the core was becoming a part of the skyline. I think its going to look really tall.

Yeah it's crazy how much of a difference its already made. Really shows that getting 4 new 10 storey buildings on streets like Graham (empty lots) would make a significant impact and (IMO) be much better than 1 more 40 storey. [not complaining about this one whatsoever, the height is great for Main]

It will be very noticeable when driving back into the city on Highway 8 outside the Perimeter, and into McPhillips St.

it already looms very prominently in many spots at the forks as well gonna be fun to have to shift the same old worn out photo-op spots to fit this building into the frame now.

Its really nice to see it rise quickly.

I recall there was some speculation it may not be taller than 21 or 22 storeys and it looks like that will not be the case given we have already hit above that.

Even at this height, it is quite prominent - I was on the Perimeter and could see it from there. It is nice to have a prominently tall building in Winnipeg
